The Close Purchase Orders Integrator is a solution for closing purchase order information using the supported Oracle ERP Cloud REST web services.
The Close Purchase Orders Integrator has the following functionality:
● Close entire purchase orders and their associated lines and schedules.
● Close purchase order lines and their associated schedules.
● Close purchase order schedules.
Please ensure you are familiar with the More4apps Procurement module prerequisites before attempting to use this Integrator.
The Purchase Order download will exclude PO’s with a header status of Finally Closed or Canceled since these cannot be updated by the close process.
Important - Closing the last remaining line on a purchase order will close the entire order. The same applies when closing the only schedule for a line, the line will be closed in this situation.
