The Integrator cannot cancel any purchase orders that have pending change orders. The upload will be rejected with the error “You can't perform this action because a pending change order exists”.
To resolve that, submit the purchase order for approval in the Integrator, then cancel the purchase order, lines or schedules as a separate upload.
