Roles and Privileges

Every More4apps ERP Cloud Toolbox module requires roles and privileges particular to the Integrator being used. Refer to the links below for the appropriate module user guide for information on the required roles:

Projects Module

If a user has not been assigned the roles, they require to perform the module functions, they will not be able to use the module as expected.

In the below sections are two alternative methods for assigning permissions using the ‘IT Security Manager’ role, depending on the volume of setup being undertaken.

Whilst More4apps suggests using the Assign Roles to a Custom Role to control user access to module integrators, role setup can be achieved by assigning module integrator roles to an existing role.

Note: Role assignment within Oracle Cloud may not take immediate affect in the environment. Oracle recommends waiting four minutes or more before role assignment takes affect.
