Oracle’s web service has a bug where if more than one item is being uploaded in a single upload it will error when the first item in the upload is an update transaction and any subsequent items in the upload are a create transaction. In this situation, we have configured the integrator to display the following message:
No upload has been performed for the selected range/sheet due to validation errors or missing Upload Action(s). Please provide a valid value or section upload Action(s)
Possible workarounds:
• It is possible to use the Excel Sort function on the Header section ‘Upload Action’ field to sort the create transaction above the update transactions.
• Consider separate worksheets for the create transactions and update transactions.
