The 'Common Structure' and 'Copy From' functionality are not available in the Structure Integrator version as these options are not currently supported by the Oracle Rest web service. This functionality will be added to a later version when Oracle adds the capability to the Rest web service.
Structure Types
The Structure Integrator does not support the creation of Model, Option Class or Planning Structure types. These Structure Types will be added in later releases of this Integrator.
Component Primary UOM
Component Item Primary UOM cannot be changed when creating the components in the Structure Integrator because this functionality is not currently supported by the Oracle Rest web service. This functionality will be added to a later version when Oracle adds the capability to the Rest web service. The 'Component Item Primary UOM’ is a read only column in the Structure Integrator.
Substitute Components
Enforce Integer Requirement and Priority at substitute component level is not available as this functionality is not currently supported by the Oracle Rest web service. This functionality will be added to a later version when Oracle adds the capability to the Rest web service.
Ref Des Quantity Related
When the ‘Ref Des Quantity Related’ flag is set to “Yes”, the Component quantity and number of Reference Designators for that Component must match.
When the ‘Ref Des Quantity Related’ flag is set to “No” any number of Reference Designators can be defined for a Component.
If the ‘Ref Des Quantity Related’ field is left blank when creating a Component the value will default to “No”.
The ‘Ref Des Quantity Related’ flag can be updated to “Yes” as long as the number of Ref Des matches the Component Quantity.
Context DFF
Context DFF is not available in either the Substitute Component’ or ‘Reference Designator’ sections as these are not currently supported by the Oracle Rest web service. This functionality will be added to a later version when Oracle adds the capability to the Rest web service.
Attachments
The Structure Integrator does not support Attachments at any level as this functionality is not currently supported by the Oracle Rest web service. This functionality will be added to a later version when Oracle adds the capability to the Rest web service.
These limits may improve over time as Oracle enhances the web service.
