Multiple User Accounts

 
More4apps ERP Cloud Toolbox is installed at a “per-User” level. Allowing the ability for multiple versions to be used on one machine, spread across windows user accounts if needed. Each user account must have the following components installed:
 
       More4apps Excel Add-in (added during module installation).
       Module libraries (added during module installation).
       ERP Cloud instance connection URL details (added during login process).
 
When testing new versions of the Add-in and Modules, using a separate user account is an ideal way to keep your previous version until testing has been completed. For example:
 
 
User Account 1 can continue with an already tested version in production (1.0.0), User Account 2 can test a new version (2.0.0) of the More4apps ERP Cloud Toolbox product in the development instances. This assists in retaining previously tested versions without the risk of losing a working version of the More4apps software.
 
To install the software on each user account, ensure that all sessions of Excel are closed in all user accounts.  Proceed with the Install the Module process.
