You can bring up a user form to enter or complete your dataset.
To open the user form, click on the ribbon ‘Forms’ button.
You can also double-click on any cell below row 10 to open the user-form.
Using the form, you can enter or complete your dataset. The user form provides validation using data cached from your EBS instance during login.
Below, the key fields in the WIP Close Discrete Job form are functionally described.
Fields marked with a yellow background are mandatory fields. For each record uploading through the loader, mandatory fields are required to fill in the values.
Greyed-out fields are read only. Those fields contain supplementary details for the user information purpose. These values do not upload during the uploading process.
Enter a full Job Number or search using a partial value with a % to return a list of searched Job Number. Once Job Number is selected, the read-only fields’ values will be automatically populated.
Similar to the standard Oracle Form, the Actual Close Date cannot be the future date.
Make the necessary changes to the “Exclude…” fields to process the records and upload.
