Downloading and Processing your Data

 
We recommend when first using your loader to download your data into the sheet. For information on downloading, click here.
 
Alternatively if you need to enter new data into the sheet refer to the documentation here
 
You can validate your data before you upload.  Refer to instructions here.
 
When data is ready you may upload it to Oracle E-Business Suite.  For methods on how to do this please click here.
 
Once data has been uploaded. If errors are returned you can then review and reprocess the failed records. To do this refer to the documentation here.
 
Note:  After uploading the dataset, extra steps will be required.  Steps will vary depending on the mode/template:
 
WIP Discrete Job loader
  - Concurrent request automatically submitted on upload.
  - Cannot view using the 'View Concurrent Request' option.
  - After upload, the user will required to refresh the sheet using the 'Refresh Concurrent Status' ribbon option.
 
 WIP Move Transaction Loader
  - The User must submit the concurrent request using the ‘Submit Concurrent Program’ ribbon option.
  - No parameters are needed in the concurrent request submission.
  - The user can view the progress and status using the 'View Concurrent Request' option.
  - Click 'Refresh Concurrent Status' after concurrent request is complete.
 
WIP Material Requirements & WIP Material Requirements - Delete Material
 - The User must submit a concurrent request using the ‘Submit Concurrent Program’ ribbon option.
- The GroupID parameter must be entered when submitting the concurrent request.
- Click 'Refresh Concurrent Status' after concurrent request is complete.
 
WIP Close Discrete Job
  - Concurrent request automatically submitted after uploads.
  - User can view submitted concurrent request using the 'View Concurrent Request' option.
  - After upload, the user will be required to use the 'Refresh Concurrent Status' ribbon option in order to check the uploaded record status.
