When updating records for the WIP Move Transaction from the database, download the records first using the download functionality. Update the required information for the records and then upload records.
We would suggest that you follow the steps below to update existing records:
- Download your data on the sheet
- Do the appropriate changes on your dataset
- Upload your dataset
In WIP Move Transactions Loader, we use the EBS supported interface table as an intermediate step to process the data in Oracle.
Once the records have been loaded to the interface table, a status of ‘Pending’ will be printed to the sheet if no errors are found. If the error status is returned, please refer to the messages returned, correct your data, and re-upload.
Once ‘Pending’ status is printed, data is ready for the concurrent request to process as explained in the next section.
