This form is used to enter and validate the Material requirements for a WIP Job. Each row on the sheet holds individual material information corresponding to the WIP job as shown in the previous form.
Some fields in this form are used for processing uploads in this loader and are purely for technical purposes. These fields include Locator ID, ID and WIPEntityID.
Note: The Discrete Job status is checked in the More4apps wrapper package “M4APS_AIW_WIP_DISCRETE_JOB”. If it is unreleased, the allow_explosion is set to ‘No’. If it is released, then the allow_explosion is set to ‘Yes’ for the creation or update material requirements.
Upload Action field is used to distinguish whether we are adding further material requirements (Add) or changing existing material requirements (Change).
Note that there is also an option for no value i.e. if the field is left blank. If this field is left blank, then the loader will not process/perform any work on that record.
Select the component if adding a new material and add required details on yellow marked mandatory fields.
Date Required allocates the date required for the material requirement. This field is mandatory for upload. This field defaults based on the Operation Sequence. To default off another operation sequence, the control first needs to be cleared for the form to default a new value. You can update the date required with a date that lies between the start and completion dates of the operation.
Enter yield of the requirement into Yield field. Yield must be between 0-1.
Supply Type is mandatory for upload. This field will default based on the component. If the component does not have a supply type this field defaults to ‘Push’.
