You can bring up a user form to enter or complete your dataset.
To open the user form, click on the ribbon ‘Forms’ button.
You can also double-click on any cell below row 10 to open the user-form.
Using the form, you can enter or complete your dataset. The user form provides validation using data cached from your EBS instance during login.
Below, the key fields in the WIP Move Transactions Loader form are functionally described.
Fields marked with a yellow background are mandatory fields. For each record uploading through the loader, mandatory fields are required to fill in the values.
Greyed-out fields are read only. Those fields contain supplementary details for the user information purpose. These values do not upload during the uploading process.
Select Transaction Type from the list of values (LOV) that you want to perform. These values include ‘Move’, ‘Complete’ and ‘Return’.
Enter a full Job Number or search using a partial value with a % to return a list of searched Job Number. Once Job Number is selected, From Op Seq will automatically populate values into the LOV. It will display only those operation sequences that have quantity available to perform the action. Select the operation sequence from which you want to transact the quantity.
Once the From Op Seq is selected, the From Op Step LOV is populated with values that have a positive available/processing quantity in that step for that operation sequence. These are both mandatory fields.
Select a To Op Seq value from the list where you want the quantity to be destined at the end of the transaction. After that, To Step will load the available values in the LOV. Select the appropriate To Step for the transaction you want to perform. These are both mandatory fields.
