When the concurrent request process is finished, use the ‘Refresh Concurrent Status’ functionality located in the ribbon to refresh the sheet with the results from the Oracle import.
If your data has been successfully uploaded in Oracle, the ‘Accepted’ status will be printed to the sheet.
If the Upload Status returns an ‘Error’, it means there are errors in the interface. When this happens, refer to the messages printed on “Conc Req Job Status” or “Close Job Messages” columns and resolve your data before re-uploading.
If records are still ‘Pending’, then possibly the concurrent request has not been completed. Try again after some time and if the status is still ‘Pending’, contact your DBA to check the record status.
