[042915_125729799][oracle.xdo.servlet.XDOCookie][EXCEPTION] java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service
This is a result of the user’s username changing after accessing BI Publisher reports via the Oracle Cloud UI or through BI Report webservices. Refer to Oracle Support Doc ID 1998643.1 for more information:

“There are two options available to the Administrator in this scenario:

1) The username can be reverted in OIM to match that being used in BI.  This will restore BI functionality without any further changes being required. A new user can then be defined in OIM with the correct username.

2) The user account created in BI can be modified or dropped using either the renameAccounts or forgetAccounts utilities respectively. In cases where the old and new username are both known a renameAccounts command can be issued to update the username stored in the BICatalog, bringing it in line with that now being passed from OIM.  If this information is not available, then all references to the existing account can be dropped from the BICatalog using the forgetAccounts command but if the user has created content this will be lost as the account is dropped unless backed up by a BI Administrator.

Refer to Doc ID 2621628.1 on Oracle support for steps.

The following error when attempting to use the Integrator:

“The ERP Cloud Toolbox Add-in BI Reports cannot be accessed; they must be installed and/or the correct role(s) must be granted.  Please refer to the following error from the BI Service:
Error: PublicReportService::generateReport failed: user: XXXXX does not have permission to run the report: Custom/More4apps/Common/VERSION_REPORT.xdo”

Please check the name of the 'More4apps' folder in the 'Shared Folders | Custom' directory in BI Publisher. It is case sensitive and must not contain any spaces. Ensure the 'a' is lowercase.

If it doesn't match the expected More4apps syntax it will need to be renamed. Using BI Publisher, click on the misspelt folder name and select 'Rename' in the 'Tasks' section.

Alternatively, a new More4apps folder will need to be created and both the Common and Module xdrz files imported into it.
