After submission, you can view the progress of the process job in the View form. The form will show you all requests for your current logged in user.
By default, the form will open and show you processes submitted within the last 12 hours. However, If you have a Process ID in your sheet, it will also default the Process ID into the form. This and the date fields can be modified when wanting to open up your search to see the progress of more processes.
In the situation you want to view any files associated with a process you can use the associated download () button. This will download a zip file that contains all associated files for that process.
View Form States
We don’t limit what states are viewable in the form, however the main states to be aware of are:
· Succeeded
o The process has completed successfully
· Error
o The process encountered a critical failure and did not complete. To view any errors, use the associated download () button for the process.
· Warning
o The process has been completed but with partial errors. To view errors, either refresh the sheet or use the associated download () button and view the contents of the downloaded process files.
