The contents of each Loader zip file will vary depending on the number of templates being provided. For example, the System Administration Loader comprises 6 templates and so there will be more files included in that zip file than in the zip file for a simple Loader such as HR Job and Position Loader.
The structure of an unzipped Loader file is depicted below. This example shows an extract from the System Administration Loader file.

Purpose
DBA Files
PLBB/PLBS Files:
Package files that need to be installed by the Database Administrator (DBA) for each template being used.
Note: some Loaders will only have one plbb and one plbs file
AIW_install.sql:
SQL Install file must be run by the System Administrator / DBA.
OOD.sql:
Required only when the EBS Instance is hosted on Oracle On Demand. Typically, the DBA would install this file.
User Files
One .xml file for each Loader template, to be imported into AIW by the Admin user.
Note: not all provided .xml files need to be imported – just import those for the required templates.
