To assign the Responsibilities to the custom Download Query follow the instructions below.
1. Login to AIW, navigate to “Custom Query” ribbon option and click on the “Manage Queries” button from the top.
2. A “Manage Query Sets” form will open. Click on the “Query Set Name” drop down list and select the Download Query imported as per the above steps.
3. After selecting a Query, click on the “Responsibilities” tab. Enter the Responsibility Name in the text field and click the “Search” button.
4. The retrieved Responsibilities will be displayed in the left-hand pane of the form.
5. Select one or more Responsibilities by holding down the Ctrl key + left mouse clicks.
6. Once the desired Responsibilities are selected, click on the “>” button below the Responsibilities list to move the selected Responsibilities to the right-hand side pane.
7. Then click on the “Apply” button at the bottom of the form to save the specified Responsibilities against the selected Download Query. Click “Close” to exit the form.
