Troubleshooting

 
Refer to the below table for common troubleshooting topics.
 
 
Issue
Solution
Cannot see Application Interface Wizard ribbon menu options
There are multiple solutions for this issue. Please try each option for a resolution.
 
1.    In Excel, navigate to File > Options > Customize Ribbon.
In the right-hand pane, ensure the ‘Application Interface Wizard’ checkbox is ticked. Save the changes and close and then reopen Excel.
 
2.    Check the Excel file you have opened has a “.xlsm” extension. If it does not, please locate the original Application Interface Wizard file sent by More4apps.
 
 
3.    Ensure you click on the “Enable Content” / “Enable Macros” buttons when prompted when opening the file.
 
 
User form text boxes cut in half and overlap others.
 
Scrolling horizontally causes user form controls to merge.
 
Tabbing causes user forms to disappear off screen.
 
User forms will expand to the entire height of all monitors combined.
These issues occur only in Office 365.
 
Click the ‘Display Setting’ option found at the bottom right of the worksheet and click ‘Optimize for compatibility’.

Cannot see the Loader sheet.
Application Interface Wizard does not come with a pre-loaded worksheet.
 
To load a worksheet please refer to the Importing Loader Templates section of this document.
 
If you have already imported a template, refer to the Create a New Template Sheet section of this document for details of how to generate a new Loader sheet.
Template is not shown under “Select Template” drop-down list.
1.      Ensure you are logged in to the Oracle environment where the Loader has been installed.
 
2.      Check that the Template has been imported: if it has not been, please refer to Importing Loader Templates.
The following message appears during login:
“This user is not registered to use loadername.  Please contact your administrator “
 
The user is not registered to use this loader.
Follow the steps shown in Add Named Users to check/assign the named user against the Loader.
 
The following message appears when creating a sheet after clicking “New Template”:
“Template loadername is not available to the current User or Responsibility “
 
This loader has been secured to a responsibility.  Follow the steps shown in Assign Responsibilities to determine the responsibility that this loader has been secured to.
 
The user will either need to have this responsibility assigned to them in EBS, or the loader responsibility assignment will need to be altered.
 
 
The following message appears during upload of data:
“EBS Function access required by the wizard [FUNCTION NAME]“
 
This loader has been secured to a function. 
 
Ensure the user has a responsibility that contains this EBS function.
 
“No Privileges assigned please contact your system Administrator”
 
 
No Icon labels appear in the ribbon.
 
When a user is in the cell edit mode (refer to image below) and attempts to click a ribbon option, the icon label may disappear (as shown above).
 
 
This is a bug with Microsoft Excel. To resolve this, close your session of Excel and reopen.
 
Wizard Ribbon unresponsive.
Check the cursor is not locked within a selected cell. Single click on a different cell to exit cell edit mode or press Esc.
 
If the above does not work, then close and reopen Excel.
