Intermediary Accounts Form
Each account may have zero, one or multiple intermediary accounts associated with it.
There are no required fields.
Intermediary Acct ID - This field is populated during the download. It is used for upload purposes and should not be altered.
Intermediary Country - This field contains a list of values for all countries
All other fields are free text.
