Customer Account Assignments Form
Each account may have zero, one, or multiple account assignments associated with it.
Customer Name - This is a value selected by using a validated LOV.
Customer Site - This is a value selected by using a validated LOV.
Customer Assignment Priority - This is a required field and defaults to the value 1 for new assignments.
Customer Assignment Start Date - This is an optional date field.
Customer Assignment End Date - This is an optional date field.
