The following are known issues that you may come across in the Events integrator.
Update Failure
You encounter an API error similar to the following:
"API Error: Attribute set for OrganizationId in entity BillingEventEO failed [27004] [1 Batched Events(s)]"
This error indicates that there is a problem with the state of the event, preventing it from being updated.
We recommend trying to update the event directly in Oracle to determine if the issue persists. If successful in Oracle, it may indicate a problem with the Oracle REST web services and you may want to log a Service Request with Oracle.
