When updating records from the database, download the records first using the download functionality. Update the required information for the records and then upload the records.
Once data has been downloaded into the sheet, you may make the required changes to the values of the note. Please take into consideration that the loader abides by the same rules as Oracle, so if a value is changed that would normally be invalid in Oracle then the same applies in the loader.
Values available to be updated in this loader include the following:
• Note Status
• Note Type
• Notes
In order to update a Note in this loader the use of the ‘Action Mode’ is required. To update the note please set the value of this column to ‘Update’. From here you are then able to initiate the upload.
We would suggest that you follow the steps below to update existing records:
- Download your data on the sheet
- Do the appropriate changes on your dataset
- Upload your dataset
