In Oracle to maintain notes you need to navigate to Collections > Collections > then search for the account.
From here you are then required to select one of the customers you searched for above, then once selected navigate to the Notes tab of the form. Here notes can be seen and then displayed based on view dates. The same can be applied when searching for Party notes.
To create a new note, you would then either click the ‘New’ button in the lower left corner or to create you would use the Create button (
) in Oracle EBS to make a new note.
