Budgets - Non-Phased Integrator

 
The Budgets - Non-Phased Integrator can be used to view, create, update and delete project budgets that are not period-phased in Project Portfolio Management module. The Budgets - Non-Phased Integrator loads data to Oracle Cloud using the supported Oracle ERP Cloud REST Web Services.
 
The Budgets - Non-Phased Integrator is best used for Projects with a default Calendar Type of ‘None’ under the Project Plan Settings. You cannot change or define the Calendar Type of a budget using this integrator. This is a limitation of the Oracle REST Web Service. If you attempt to use the Budgets - Non-Phased Integrator for period-phased budgets, the budget values you enter in the Plan Lines section will be put against the Period that contains the Planning Start Date of a Planning Resource.
 
The Integrator cannot be used to set Planning Options when creating a new budget. Default Planning Options associated with a Plan Type selected will be used to create a new budget. Here’s an example of a Plan Type with default Plan Settings in Oracle. These settings will be used to create a new budget in the Integrator.
 
 
If you want to create a budget with Planning Options that are different to the default Planning Options, we suggest that you create the budget version in Oracle first and then use the integrator to download the budget to add Planning Resources and Plan Lines.
