The General Ledger Journals Integrator is a solution for processing General Ledger Journals via the supported Oracle ERP Cloud Web Services. It facilitates the efficient upload of data into the GL interface table for import into Oracle Fusion General Ledger.
The Integrator has two main sections: Journal Header and Journal Lines.
The Journal Header consists of the following sub-sections:
· Header: Contains unique identifiers.
· Batch: Includes batch related information.
· Journal: Provides specific journal details.
The Journal Lines section provides detailed financial transactions for the journal.
Important Notes:
1. The Integrator only supports ‘Create’ functionality due to the absence of web services for updating data in the interface table.
2. It also only supports Actuals journals in the first iteration.
3. We have provided the option of Pre-Validation functionality for GL Accounts. Be aware that this does have a performance impact in the Upload.
