Supplier - This field is a searchable list of values. To search enter either the full value or the beginning of the value followed with a wild card (%) and click the ellipses button (…). This is a mandatory attribute.
Supplier Number - A display only field, this will populate when a supplier is chosen. More so it is used to determine the record we are uploading and to identify a unique supplier.
User Name - A mandatory field, this field is determined by the supplier chosen. Otherwise if no supplier is chosen this list will populate with all available user names.
First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number - All display only fields, these dynamically populate when the ‘User Name’ is selected.
Inactive Date - An optional field. If the inactive date is required to de activate a user, then use this field by entering a valid date.
Reset Password - If a password needs to be reset for a user ensure this field is specified as ‘Yes’. This will send an email to the email against the user with a new temporary password. On next login in Oracle the user would then be prompted with a change password screen.
