For Create iSupplier User Loader Template
1) Create iSupplier User template will download only the users that do not have a user account against the contact.
2) For an existing account, please use the Update iSupplier User template.
For Update iSupplier User Loader Template
1) Update iSupplier User template will download only the users that have a user account associated with the contact i.e. it will not download the user that does not have a user account created for the contact.
