The Project form allows you to search for a Project to download asset lines against.
Fields marked with a yellow background are mandatory fields. For each record uploading through the loader mandatory fields are required to fill in the values.
Greyed-out fields are read only. Those fields contain supplementary details for the user information purpose. These values do not upload during the uploading process.
Project Number - This is a list of values of projects which currently have UNASSIGNED asset lines
Project Type - This is a read only field which will populate when the project number is selected.
Asset Date Through - When downloaded the ‘Asset Date Through’ field is picked up as the last asset date through used to generated assets for this project. During asset upload, asset generation is re-run and this date is used.
PA Through Date - When downloaded the PA Through Date field is picked up as the last asset date through used to generated assets for this project. During asset upload asset generation is re-run and this date is used.
Include Common Tasks - This field has the same function as the ‘Include Common Tasks’ checkbox in the Generate Asset Lines window in EBS. When downloaded the ‘Include Common Tasks’ field is picked up as the value last used to generated assets for this project. During asset upload, asset generation is re-run.
