Below are the fields in the Users user form.
Fields marked with a yellow background are mandatory fields. For each record uploading
through the loader mandatory fields are required to fill in the values.
User Name is a searchable list of values, using the ellipsis button (…) along with search criteria in the field (In this example ‘B%’) we are able to search for any usernames with the criteria of our choosing.
Role Name is the responsibility against the user role. This is also a searchable list of values. The field will show up red if no roles have been found or the correct roles is not selected.
Active From and Active To dates can also be specified to indicate from what date there is an association for the user and the role and from what date that association ends.
The Overwrite field is used to determine whether or not to propagate data by specifying ‘TRUE’ or ‘FALSE’. In overwrite mode if any attribute is not passed or is left blank the loader will set the corresponding value in WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES to ‘null’, deleting the previous value. This feature will not affect the user name and the role name as these are both required fields in the user roles table.
Justification is a free text field available to provide notes or additional information on any user role and responsibility.
