This user form allows the user to enter activity resources. One activity may have one or more resources associated with it.
Fields marked with a yellow background are mandatory fields that are required to fill in the values for uploading records.
Greyed-out fields are read only. Those fields contain supplementary details for the user information purpose. These values do not upload during the uploading process.
Resource Upload Action is an optional field that is required to select if the uploading record needs to be processed otherwise it can be left blank.
