OPM Routing Attachment Loader Template
This template is used to perform the routing attachment functionality.
The user can add an attachment to the existing routing. Unfortunately, there is no public API available for the Oracle Attachments functionality so we are utilising the non-public API to accomplish the Attachments functionality.
