Operation Requirement User Form
The Operation Requirement form contains the work order operation details
Select the Operation Transaction Type to perform the relevant operation transaction.
The Operation is a free text field to create a new operation.
When a user selects a Standard Operation, the next three fields, Operation Description, Operation Department and Op Shutdown Type values are automatically populated.
Start Time and End Time are defaulted as per the work order start and end dates.
