The Maintenance Work Orders form contains below details.
Two fields, Organization and Work Order, are available to the user and both of them are mandatory.
The read-only fields Work Order Description and Work Order Status are for the additional information purpose. The values in these fields are populated when a work order is selected in the Work Order field.
